  • 1-14 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1-14 ounce can corn, drained
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
  • ¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
