Ingredients
1-14 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-14 ounce can corn, drained
1 small red onion, diced
1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
¼ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and toss well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
