Hi there! I hope you had a wonderful week. My husband and I are finally back from our trip to Europe – boy did we have a great time! Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting stories and recipes associated with our travels. (St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner – stay tuned for a fantastic Shepherd’s Pie inspired by our trip to Ireland).
Until then, let’s talk breakfast! One of my favorite ways to close out a long week, is to start with a big weekend breakfast… or if you like to sleep-in as I do, you call it brunch. These are 8 Incredible Breakfast and Brunch Recipes from some of my favorite food bloggers. They’re sure to get your weekend started off right.

Breakfast / Brunch is my favorite meal of the day. During the week, I usually only have time for oatmeal or fruit, but the weekend is a totally different ball game. Usually Sundays involve omelets and toast or pancakes!

I totally hear you! It’s yogurt and granola for me during the week, but the weekend is all about indulgence!
