This Asian Red Pepper Dipping Sauce is an all-purpose asian dipping sauce with a bit of kick. Serve this highly flavored sauce with grilled meats, dumplings and assorted roll-ups such as P.F. Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps.
Asian Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1½ Tbs sesame oil
- 1½ Tbs sugar
- 3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp crushed pepper flakes (or to heat preference)
- 1½ Tbs garlic, minced
- 1 Tb ginger, minced
Instructions
- Combine the liquids and sugar in a heavy saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves (do not let it boil).
- Stir in the crushed pepper flakes and remove from heat. Let the contents rest for 10 minutes, then add the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate in a covered container. Sauce will keep for approximately 1 week
