Prepare your taste buds! Tender, juicy steak on crusty garlic bread, with aged provolone cheese, rich caramelized onions, and a drizzle of parsley oil.
Japanese Steak Sandwich with Hibachi Steak Sauce – It’s a bit of Japanese steakhouse meets a Philly cheese steak. And yes, it’s as awesome as it sounds! This is like shovel into your mouth, don’t care who see’s you dripping steak juice all over, kind of awesome!
Do you love bread? Do you love cheese? Well then I’ve got a sandwich for you! Pairing my all-time favs of rustic bread and gooey cheese with a briny olive relish and some serious portions of salami, mortadella, and capicola make this one big daddy of a sandwich.
Naan. Chicken Tikka Masala. Sounds like the makings of a pretty kick-ass pizza to me.
I don’t know what it is about leftovers, but I always want to make them into pizzas – Spaghetti Pizza, Chicken Satay Pizza, BBQ Chicken Pizza… they were all made from leftovers. Why reheat the same dish over and over, when you can make it into something new like a pizza!
The Philadelphia Cheesesteak. There are those that revere and defend it with such devotion that I’m a bit hesitant, and quite frankly a little concerned for my safety to say… I’m not a fan. The beef is tasteless, the bread is dry, and the cheese… is often some conglomerate of processed matter. Now in the defense of the Cheesesteak, I have never actually had one from Philly. Perhaps it’s just one of those things like southern BBQ, unless it’s made by a local, it just doesn’t taste right.
