Hey everyone! If you’re reading this, chances are my husband and I are already on our way to Germany. So our Valentine’s Day will be celebrated on a train from Frankfurt to Immenstadt (the southern most district of Bavaria), to meet up with my hubby’s parents for fasching. Well I’ve got a great side dish that will help you through the week ahead. These Sour Cream and Chive Potato Stacks make an elegant presentation but they’re so easy to prepare. Simply toss the sliced potatoes in the garlic and olive oil mixture, stack individually in a muffin tin, bake, top with sour cream and chives, and serve. Wham, bam… done.
Hiya! I hope your week is going well! The last few weeks for us have been crazy busy, but I have some news! Two years ago Mr. HapaNom and I moved from Washington, D.C. to Atlanta for his fellowship program. Atlanta has been good to us – we’ve met a lot of wonderful people, made some life-long friends, and ate some really great food! The fellowship is quickly coming to an end and we’ve been scrambling to find what’s next on the horizon.
